Our Practice

Ms. Badalyan launched Badalyan Law Firm, APC in 2018 and practices in the areas of Employment Law, including Wrongful Termination, Discrimination, Sexual Harassment, and Wage and Hour Violations, as well as Personal Injury, including Motor Vehicle Accidents, Premises Liability, and Dog Bite and Animal Attack cases.  

After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Political Science, Law and Society from the University of California, Riverside (UCR) in 2003, Ms. Badalyan began working at various law firms in an effort to gain experience in the legal field. Ms. Badalyan continued working as a paralegal full time while attending law school at the Glendale University College of Law (GUCL). She was also selected and was part of the GUCL’s Law Review. Upon graduating law school Summa Cum Laude in 2010, Ms. Badalyan was hired by the prominent law firm, Carpenter, Zuckerman, and Rowley (CZR). 

Upon passing the California Bar Exam, Ms. Badalyan left CZR and began working for Doumanian & Associates as the firm’s senior associate attorney pending the establishment of the Badalyan Law Firm in 2018. Ms. Badalyan is a member of the State Bar of California, American Bar Association, Armenian Bar Association, CELA (California Employment Lawyers Association), and CAALA (Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles).

Ms. Badalyan was also recently selected for membership as one of the “10 Best Female Attorneys for California” and “10 Best Attorneys for California” by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys.
